Tristan graduated from Mount Royal University’s 2200 hour massage therapy diploma program in June 2019. Working directly with people and utilizing her skills to enrich the lives of others has long been her passion. Shifting to the massage field was a natural choice for Tristan as she strives to share a message of “positivity and possibility”. Tristan’s focus is on therapeutic massage and her style involves more active techniques such as stretching and strengthening. Tristan also offers low and slow deep tissue treatments that can aid in the release of long-held tension and is experienced in pre-natal and TMJ massage.

Her massages are not a 'typical' massage but they actually heal you. It's really incredible. Omega is always bright and clean and everyone is so nice.

They have a small waiting room, but its filled with lovely sounds and smells and books that make you reflect.
I always go to Jolene who is not only a massage therapist but also a energy healer.
Everytime I am done a session with her I feel renewed and revived.
If you go there, you must see Jolene!

Lewis was a very nice and trusting therapist however he needs more training on different massage techniques as the massage was repetitive. It felt like I was getting a massage done by a friend and not a professional. I would give Omega another try but with a different therapist.
