★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow to respond. Say they will call but email instead. Promise quotes over the phone but then change the prices in correspondent emails and not call... I recommend this place if you want to be dissatisfied and frustrated. Make sure to pick Nathan as your broker. He'll screw you around real good. 1 out 5 stars for the 1st to give you horrible service. Goodluck...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff is great I highly recommend him! I had a former rental property insured through Olsen-Sottile, there great! Further more I had a issue with another one of my rental properties where road construction had compromised my house! Out of 30 or so different insurance companies I spoke to, Jeff was the only agent that could suggest effective way to deal with the issue! Cooperator who currently hold my policy and every one else I spoke to could not provide me the steps needed to rectify the situation- how ever Jeff with in moments provided a suitable solution along with steps to rectify the situation! Not just getting a policy I trust Jeff at Olsen Sottile will actually be there to help when it's needed! Unlike some bigger providers with staff that may not have efficient experience dealing with insurance matters!
