We have been dealing with FENA for a couple of years now and have had excellent service. There have been several policy changes due to changing vehicles, RV etc. and all were dealt with exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

What can I say about such a great group of people? They are kind, courteous and when my husband became ill and was unable to drive, they quickly took care of the changes to our auto insurance to reflect this. They are awesome and I would recommend Fena Insurance for all your insurance needs.?

They don’t take the time for their employees, good luck if you ever have to deal with a man named George he’ll never get back to you. I was there for years, and I’ve simply had enough. The only good staff they had has left and it’s no wonder why. I would suggest searching around first for a more person brokerage first. Maybe one that will look for the lowest prices for you. Clearly the upgrade in office that FENA underwent has them losing touch with reality in how they got there, as they no longer treat their clients with the respect they deserve or time to return phone calls or emails. Regardless whether you take my advice or don’t, if you decide to go with them, Tigers don’t change their stripes and all these issues I mentioned will appear sooner or later.

I have referred a number of clients to Ray Pelletier at Fena Insurance. He has responded to inquiries and handled insurance applications in a timely fashion and provided them with excellent advice. He provides an expert opinion and recommends insurance packages that fit their needs.

Honestly, I can’t believe the lengths these people will go through to make sure I am happy. I have been with Fena for years and let me just be honest by saying I am not the easiest person to get along with I am a super picky, money pinching, crazy impatient kind of person and when I don’t get exactly what I want, I can be kinda rude. Lol that’s horrible, but true. That said... George M. Is my producer and Rebecca Q, is my Customer Service Rep (CSR) and let me tell you... you will not be sorry giving these people a call. I cannot tell you the number of times I wanted to change my policy, add a car or remove a car, add different kinds of insurance or remove it. If I had a question about how an insurance company works, or just wanted a little insight (β€œSo, strange question but hypothetically speaking...” lol) not only did I always get a response it was so prompt and so genuine. Working with Rebecca has not only been a pleasure but raises my standards of anyone else I will ever speak with when it comes to any kind of insurance, and let me tell you, that bar will probably never be met by anyone else. When you call, (and you’d be insane not too) I’m sure everyone is trained the same, but I would highly recommend Rebecca, you will not be sorry. I have also spoken with George when I have done my renewals and changes, and he’s like an encyclopedia of insurance. He will literally give you all you want to know and more to give you the very best answers to your problems or questions. Have I mentioned how extremely accommodating they have been lol. I am an email person, it’s my number one source of communication (probably best for my personally type lol) but it makes everything so much quicker and easier and literally relieves the stereotypical stress of getting vehicles on the road and I know personal Rebecca walks me through it FLAWLESSLY. Honestly, you won’t regret giving them call. Or even just an email! This is Rebecca’s [email protected]. You’re literally wasting time anywhere else.

Emailed them to cancel my insurance on 4th June but no one responded to my email and when I sent follow up email on 11th June they said you will be charged on 17th June for insurance I am not using from two months now, I am very upset with there service and would never recommend anyone going there for there such a unprofessional response, now I have to go to Custmer forum for that had been wrongly charged to me. Ray Pelletier is the professional's professional! He works because he loves to, not because he has to. He takes great pride in his job and truly wants to look after his clients.
