★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% professional, experienced and 110% @$$kicker! She made all the difference to reduce a huge amount of stress for our family. My 85 year old parents decided to sell their house and move into a retirement condo. Sounded like fun...NOT! We were going to go with ComFree to save money since the market was so hot, but decided to hire an agent that we later learned hadn't sold a house before. We still thought it would be ok because of the market, but when my parents couldn't get a sale finalized and had to move or lose their new condo we swapped out agents and found Sylvana. The very day she took over the sale everyone knew that things were going to be ok. In less than 3 weeks, she managed to get them their asking price with no conditions in a market that went soft after Toronto implemented a foreign investment tax.
I felt compelled to write this review and say THANK YOU SYLVANA ...from the entire family!
