I decided to move forward it with an Appt after reading the positive reviews for this Clinic and did it start out as a positive experience with Dr. Hawahi bringing to light a Thyroid condition in my medical file that had never been disclosed to me. However, after this things quickly went downhill when X-Rays were ordered for my Right Back, when the issue was with my Left Hip. I also found there to be a lack of empathy and understanding. Not sure if this is due to a lack of knowledge of the English langauge or just an indifference on the Drs' part. The followup on my Hip showed in fact it does need to be replaced after a lifetime of competitive sports and physical labour. During the conversation of therapy for the Hip, pain management came up and a Cortizone Injection was arranged. Since I have never had this procedure done before, I was counting on the Dr. to provide direction. The appointment made and kept. but upon my arrival I fould out there was a must see I was supposed to have watched, as well it was my responsibility to provide the recommended Cortizone at my own expense via my local pharmacy as the Dr had requested either of two types NOT covered by AHC. Needless to say the procedure was not done and I left frustrated. This frustraion grew when I contacted the Dr.later in the day about a referral for the Hip replacment itself be made to the Alberta Hip & Knee Clinic in Calgary as I had just made the decision over the weekend back there due to famiy and personal reasons. Unfortunately. the Dr refused to do this for me and in fact stated I would have to return to Edmonton for the surgery if I wanted his referral, otherwise it would be up to me to find a new Dr. in Calgary once I arrived at the end of August and have them make it for me. Adding no less than 2 months to my waiting time for my consultation and the surgery itself. So much for the Drs Hippocratic Oath as its obvious his clinic is more interested in billings & profit, then patient care & well being....

One of the worst experiences with a doctor I have ever had. After the receptionist assured me the physical I needed and paper work to be filled out would be no problem . The doctor literally pretty much throws my papers at me says I cannot help you ( even though I told I could not get into see my doctor and I need these papers signed for treatment) than I say than why did the lady that answers the phone say it would be ok? “Quote on quote this effin doctor says… “ she was trying to be nice” I would of rather been told to kick rocks than waste my time and be treated the way the doctor did. And in the meantime I acquired a eye infection He didn’t even look at my eye he stood at his doctors desk gave me some PILLS for my eye infection that is 2 days worse and made me sick nauseous never ever go here if u have options!!!!

My experience here has always been great. The receptionist is very helpful, patient and kind. Dr. Hayawi is a very caring and understanding person who listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. I'm very thankful for this clinic and all the wonderful people who work here.

On Mon, Oct 25, 21 I received a phone call from the clinic saying that doctor wanted to see me for a follow up. I told them they had the wrong person as I hadn't been to see the doctor there. The person who called read off my name, phone number, date of birth to confirm it was me, then said I was there in March. "Wasn't that in 2018?" And then they hung up on me, no apology or correction, just a hang up. That was second call that day from the same clinic trying to get me to come in. My experience in 2018 was not very good as the person checking my blood pressure did it improperly and then the doctor tried to tell me I need to take steps to correct it. Monitoring my blood pressure every other day for the following two months revealed no problems. The initial test was poorly executed. I never went back to this clinic.

Very kind and professional nurse, doctor is so nice he never rush listen and treat kindly. Thank you so much guys for helping me for my ear problem.

trying to call the clinic as the fax machine in the this clinic does not seem to work. The answering machine picks up on the first ring. It has been 2 days now that we have been trying to fax a report to this clinic but no answer by the fax or by phone. Not sure if you guys are on vacation but that should be mentioned on your out going voice message. Very poor service for a medical clinic.

The doctor discovered my ex-wife lung cancer when her own and others had failed! He calls back , he is professional, trained in USA in the Mayo clinic. Very thorough

I had an excellent experience with this clinic. Receptionist was able to take my details efficiently and was friendly. Dr. Ali was very professional and friendly; he took the time to listen to my problem, probed with non-judgmental questions and prescribed medication that met my needs and interests. I am glad to have found a caring and knowledgeable physician close to where I live! I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Ali.
