★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently discovered there was an Old Navy closer to my home! And it's fantastic, great location. Sales associates were great, greeting me and seeing if I needed any assistance. Was just browsing but plan to return for sure! Highly recommend to stop in next time your in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order through PayPal and returned an item after I got my order. The receipt says the money automatically goes back onto my PayPal (and it always has before), except this time, it didn't. I've contacted PayPal and have proof that a refund was never initiated by Old Navy and that the funds have never been returned. Old Navy will do nothing to help except say its PayPals problem (I have filed an official dispute with PP and they supplied me with documentation stating it was never initiated). I ordered off of their site, returned the item in store and Old Navy essentially stole my money. This is a corporation that couldn't care less about its customer and have 100% lost this one. I've never been more disappointed in a company before. Shame on you Old Navy and I am going to do everything in my power to show people the theives you are.

I have also never had any service issues, Old Navy seems to attract caring and sincere team members. My advocacy for this company remains as it has for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built Old Navy store so its got that new store smell still. I have shopped at Old Navy for years and have always enjoyed the experience. This new store is close to home so that’s great. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have always enjoyed the clothing selection and the prices are reasonable. The styles of clothing is appealing to me as it’s casual yet modern.
