★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say about this builder. I thought I could trust him but he proved me wrong. He does not manage the paperwork end of things very well and we were 150,000 over budget and I was left with a half finished house. He jerked me around for 2 years trying to get it resolved to no avail. Now we are going to court. We did a cost plus contract, which apparently you should never do and he completely took advantage of that. Overcharged on everything especially the labour and padding the pockets of his family businesses. Add hours that were not actually worked and so on. Word is, he is over budget on every build and leaves people hanging. Do not use his siding guy for sure because he is gauging horrendously.
