★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there to get some tires swapped over. After the old ones were take off and deflated already and about 40 minutes of walking around back to the shop we are FINALLY told that the tires are not rated for my truck. ( all he had to do was take a little more time out of his office and actually look at the tires to realize they are speced for the truck. ) definitely a shop in need of new ownership just due to this guys attitude and shortage of attention to detail. Definitely thanks to the failed service we found competition down the road who has no problem taking their time to make sure they are speced and gave a competitive price. Highly do not recommend this shop until the guy gets out of his office more and puts effort into business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up at 15 minutes to closing with an emergency flat tire. I was in the middle of a 9 hour drive with a deadline and in a tight spot. They got me in that very minute, fixed the flat, and sent me on my way with nothing to offer them but this review.
So all in all- prompt service, quality work (not a single issue after the fix), immensely helpful, and downright good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost a tire at 2:30 pm on a friday. Called all around Rocky trying to find anyone willing to remove some snapped studs and get us back on the road. Everyone else in town refused the work. One shop even hung up on me. I was at OK by 3:30, they swarmed the truck and I was on the road by 4:30. They only charged one hour when I was quoted four hours by other shops. I'll be home tonight with my family.
