I had winter tires put on last fall. Once they changed them over, they slopped my summer tires into my trunk, while they were covered in mud.
The worst part is that when I later went to get a brake inspection done at a dealership, they weren't able to get the tires off because the nuts were drilled on crooked with a pneumatic tool (and stripped). The outcome was that I had to pay to have the wheel studs cut off and replaced. I took the bill to OK tire, since they were the ones that put the tires on, and they took zero responsibility for it.
If you want service done correctly and you don't want to pay someone else to correct their mistakes, I suggest going somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exceptional small town service is worth the drive from Regina and surrounding areas of Indian Head. I ended up coming outside in the morning for my commute to work to find a flat tire. I managed to secure a ride but what to do about my vehicle? I gave Ok Tire a call - they WENT TO MY HOUSE, removed the tire, fixed the leak and then went back to my house and put it back on! You don't get service like this anymore folks. They were lovely, and went above and beyond for me. The bill was more than reasonable, especially for that kind of service. Give them a call for ANYTHING you might need. Truly the best people and service anywhere.
