Don’t come here, if you don’t want waste time. A very disappointing service experience from Ogilvie Subaru. I had an appointment at 7:30 this morning for 2 services: 1. A vehicle safety report 2. Front plate holder install I arrive at 7:35, and I was told the service would be 2 hours. When 9:35, I was told that the service would take longer to 10:30. When 10:30, the customer service told me my vehicle went to another place, because they ran out of report paper. At 11:00, the customer service told me the car is one the way back, and it would take at most 20 minutes. Finally, I get my vehicle at 11:50, which is over 4 hours of waiting. And, they forget about the front plate holder installation. I only get the vehicle safety report. I understand service may delay sometimes. What makes me so disappointed is, they gave me wrong time again and again and again. Even then, they still forgot one of my requests. Very terrible experience! Very terrible service! I will never come back again!

I went to Ogilvie Subaru to look at the line up of their vehicles. I was greeted by Katie whom introduced me to Ben Bani, he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, being very knowledgeable about the Subaru lineup. I was able to test drive all of the models I was interested in and I was able to round it down to the model I wanted. Next I met Hussein in the finance department he was extremely friendly and very personable. I highly recommend this dealership and they will do their best to get you the best deal possible on a new or used vehicle. Thank you for all the help!

Staff makes promises they cannot keep and the communication between management and staff is terrible. It is clear Ogilvie Subaru is more concerned about their bottom line than their customers. I spent the better part of one year attempting to reconcile warranty work and when the dealership offered to cover the cost of parts, they just as quickly withdrew the offer and would not honour it. In the past I have also dealt with the dealership providing incorrect parts and refusing to allow returns, following up on service when no work was actually performed and failing to properly schedule service appointments when booked online or over the phone. I do not recommend any support or service from Ogilvie Subaru.

Great Thanks Ogilvie Subaru !! This is my update after finishing the deal and waiting for the car to have a closed deal. Till now everything looks amazing to be honest. Lourdes as sales and Matt as Finance manager are both beyond expectations. Very patient though i had to go at least 3 times :D .... But love to move a round. Both were so helpful and try to gain you as a customer. I went with better offer than theirs for other brand. They did not offer me the exact but they managed to offer me something when added to customer service level, it would value a lot. I will update my review when i get the car and close the deal and we will see how everything will go. I do not think you will regret dealing with Subaru Ogilive team !! Till we have the car then ....

I was extremely interested in the 2022 Subaru BRZ. Local dealers some of whom had stock were trying to pad the price and make add ons mandatory. One took a deposit but could not provide me with a valid VIN and therefore it was not a "real" car and could have been sold out from under me at any time. I contacted Ben Bani at Ogilvie Subaru in Ottawa who had a vehicle in stock. Negotiations were fast and hassle free. I made a deposit same day received all my paperwork immediately and followed up with a wire payment for the balance. I picked up my car March 16th only giving poor Ben 24Hrs notice. He worked all day, and it was ready to roll the next day with plates and a full tank. Great car, great dealer, great sales team. I would nor hesitate to do business with Ogilvie Subaru again.

By far my best experience in buying a car at a dealership. I originally ordered a 2022 WRX Sport in white that wasn't part of the latest incoming inventory for Ogilvie. The quickest arriving WRX's for Ogilvie had a 6-8 week wait and a white Sport wasn't part of that. I also didn't want to wait months on end for a white Sport. Matt Pigeon actually worked over the Easter Weekend to secure me a white Sport. Then after all that work of securing me the Sport, I went in less than a week later and changed my mind on the trim so Matt had some more work to do, but was able to secure me a white Sport-Tech. I'm sure I was pretty annoying as I kept pestering him constantly trying to see where my car was in transit and when it might arriving. I've even contacted Matt a few times on his days off. Of course I didn't know he was off, but he would still respond. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and courteous. In the end, it took 5 weeks from ordering the Sport-Tech to final delivery.

I had a positive experience dealing with the staff here, in particular Lourdes and Hussein. These salespeople are approachable and professional. They were happy to answer all my questions; my calls were always replied to even on busy days. Hussein took time to explain the additional warranties without undue pressure. Overall, my car buying experience at this dealership was a memorable one. I would definitely recommend.

Had an excellent experience here buying a newer vehicle and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Lourdes the salesperson was great to deal with. She was very kind, understanding and attentive to my needs and also explained everything about the vehicle to lead me to a proper decision. She was great to deal with from the first day we met till the time I drove off in my newer vehicle. Hussein was also a great help when it came to the financing and extended warranty. He didn't push me into payments I couldn't afford or wanted, and was happy to look at all my options and explain everything. When it came to the extended warranty he was very professional and helpful in finding the right protection for me and my vehicle. I am someone who basically never takes extended warranties but got one with the help of Hussein. Not only am I getting excellent coverage, but I am getting at what I believe is a really great price. He went above and beyond to get me a really good deal. Great experience all around. I went from driving an unreliable vehicle that I believe was going to leave me somewhere stranded, to a vehicle that drives and looks great and will keep me safe for many years to come. So if you are looking for a great vehicle purchasing experience, ask for Lourdes and Hussein at Ogilvie to set you up :-)
