M	Madison Maxwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an error on account and had to call in. The situation was dealt with extremely quick and efficiently. Just make sure you call right at 8:30am!!
C	CY Mok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Staff are nice in answering questions. Very helpful to me all the time. Reachable via email. Cons: Long line and long telephone record message/directory. You need to be patient and spare at least 10 minute for phone call and 30 min for the lineup.
B	Brandon Hilchey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my three years at this institution I've not had one positive experience with the registrar. Even when lines are long there are only one or two open wickets. The staff are often cold, rude, and make absolutely zero effort in assisting students who may be nervous and unsure. Just today I went to pay an outstanding balance and when it was mentioned that the payment was overdue, the woman assisting me rolled her eyes and told me that paying this late was "risky business." Very unimpressed. I'm going to make every effort to handle my payments online and avoid the office of the registrar like the plague from now on.

They have "no way" of helping me and I have to "email" the chemistry department. I have a transcript deadline approaching and I just want to cry
A	Annonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line is long and heavy wait. Some staff are not friendly - perhaps they forget how much fees students pay. They kick you out of waitlist for classes without any notice or sending alert and tell you to keep checking online for a seat - duh!. Like, I have other things to do in my life. So this is terrible service and system. You cannot pay fees with your credit card and when you do, they charge you a large fee.

They charged me an extra $150 dollars because they had not received payment "on time" which I had sent them payment and sent them an email to make sure that it was good. Never got a reply and they still did not help me out. I understand their busy and it is frustrating because of Covid, however, I would have liked to see some more help from their end or at least some understanding.
