Odd Couple is family owned and operated by Andy Yuen, his wife Rachel, and parents Sam and Jane. Since immigrating to Saskatchewan from Hong Kong in 1996, The Yuen Family has been closely tied to the Chinese Canadian restaurant business in several communities across the province. Odd Couple was born out of the desire to recreate Canadian-Asian favourites in a fun, thoughtful expression of the union between East and West.
With ingredients and cooking techniques inspired by Cantonese, Vietnamese, and Japanese cuisines, Odd Couple adds a unique Asian influence to popular Canadian dishes. Think maple glazed bacon and a farm fresh egg atop a heaping plate of Chinese BBQ pork and jasmine fried rice.

We ordered different dishes, cocktails and some lemon mint ice tea. Overall the food quality was really good.
Cocktails could be better. Representation was pretty standard.
Server was really nice. Only.thing to improve is to use serving tray while serving. Everything in hands glasses, plates etc was not as per expectation.
But overall the portion size of items was really worth.
This place is just on 20th & Idylwyld drive. Accessible by bus or car. Street parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! The service was kind and helpful, the food came quickly and tasted delicious. There was a bit of a draft coming in, but I think the kitchen staff just had the back door open to keep them from overheating, and I respect the hustle.
Really nice selection on the menu. Folks with allergies to peanuts will probably want to pass on this one. Odd Couple is the best restaurant I've been to since arriving in Saskatoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I have been going to the Odd Couple once a month since we met there last spring. The staff are incredible, the atmosphere is comforting, and the food never disappoints. They change their menu often enough for us to try new things, but we still have favourites they keep on rotation. We love trying their tasting menus- they are expertly crafted and truly a delightful experience. We are not chefs or experts but we love food, and we cannot get enough of going to the Odd Couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great and the food even better. Had a larger party and they made room for us. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but the vegan spring rolls, crab rangoon, and the bacon fried rice are must-orders!
Many steps up from traditional Western Canadian whitewashed Asian food, this restaurant really blows it out of the park with modern, local ingredients put through the lense of classical Chinese technique. This ain't your small-town pan-Asian restaurant. Upscale and delicious! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. This is one of the fanciest Asian restaurants I've ever been to. It's how I'd image Madame Chau's would like IRL. The food is a refined version of the original. The cocktail is deceptively refreshing, you would forget the alcohol content. Despite my visit being busy, the serving staff was still attentive.
