Even though you have a contract doesnt matter. Managers are always looking to fire you for any reason. Spy on the drivers cameras. In stead of managing their people .its alot easier for them to fire you..spineless..if your oir planning on a career here ..DONT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quit the moment I saw the fine print in the employment agreement after wasting 2 hours of my life and turning down another job. I was offered a great wage and was happy to start orientation the next day. Was surprised to find out that I would have to reimburse them for courses that only they required if I quit or was terminated in the first 6 months. I was also surprised to see that waiting time paid a third less than what my driving wage would be. I strongly recommend that anyone working here look at the employment agreement and contract before they get too excited about working for Oculus Transport.
