★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company to ship product from Vancouver to Dawson Creek and almost every shipment I received was damaged. The claims department (Sherry) used every excuse to tell me there was nothing they could do except offer free shipping lol to cover the thousands of dollars I was out of pocket.avoid these people they do not care in my opinion what so ever. I was told by a claims rep that the Prince George facility has lots of problems and they actually asked me why are you giving us your business and to just go somewhere else.
