I ordered a drysuit through them recently and it arrived right on time for my dive course start date! However after 16 dives and during the 1st week of my 6 week course there was a mishap that rendered my suit unusable! I contacted Oceaner right away and spoke to Larry who was incredibly apologetic and so sincere when he made every possible effort to ensure we could fix the problem with as little inconvience to myself as possible. He had my suit shipped back to the store (island to the mainland), fixed the very day it was recieved and then immediately shipped back to me!!! Everyone in my course was shocked!!! No other company that they've delt with has ever delivered such exceptional care and beyond incredible standards! And they even threw in a little Oceaner swag!!!!!!!???
Thank you so much Larry and the rest of the team!!! You guys have warmed my heart so much with your work ethic, dedication and exceptional customer service!
To anyone looking for a dry suit (or anything else foe that matter)....look no further, these are your guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend is a commercial diver, and he was looking for a professional service to repair his drysuit. We found Oceaner by searching on Google, and their review is great, so we decided to bring his drysuit to fix there. It was a long drive from North Vancouver, but we wanted to get it fixed professionally since the drysuit is for his job. Anyway, we drop off the drysuit there about a week ago and went back today to pick it up. But, the staff told that they forgot about his order and his drysuit isn't fixed yet. And, now he has to wait for another week for repair. The staff said an email was sent to notify him the delay, but we didn't receive any email about it, and they couldn't locate the email either. Anyway, it's their mistake to forgot about the order, but no apology for the delay and any inconvenience caused by it. It was bad customer service, and we're very disappointed how they handled the order.
