★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked with Kristen on the recommendation of a friend. I had been having nerve pain in my arm that was greatly affecting my daily activities. Advil before bed had been the only way to get to sleep for a couple of weeks and no one seemed to be able to figure out why it was happening.
Craniosacral treatment is a new modality for me. I normally prefer more aggressive treatment that directly addresses where my pain is located. Kristen's only concern was to calm my nervous system, with very light touch! It seemed a bit foolish, but nothing else was working.
The night after my appointment, and the following 6 nights, I didn't need Advil!! The pain had calmed enough I could put on shirts and jackets without help from my husband!
Needless to say, I immediately booked with Kristen again. I may not know exactly how it works, BUT IT DOES!
