★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ann and richard the worst human being i have ever seen in my life ? be very careful..you think your going in for a mortgage..but wait till they find out that you have money..they collecting investors for a company that has non of the licensing..I dont want them stealing from any one els so pleas think twice befor you go to them ..they are unprofessional but what would i expect from a husband and wife scam duo

Struggling to keep a home that I wanted to sell. Like an angel, Ann from Obsidian Mortgage exhausted all avenues to help me. Through her long work days she never got frustrated when I would drop in to her office to ask a question or drop off paperwork. She took time to sit with me and get my situation sorted out. I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for her. If your in need of a 2nd mortgage, this company I would strongly recommend. Thanks Ann for your efforts. I humbly appreciate it.
