★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sure it’s a good salon; however, if they accept to cut a 9 months old hair, they should be confident that the hairdresser is capable of doing it correctly. I understand that kids move a lot and are sometimes scared, but now I find myself having to bring him elsewhere to fix the issue. We will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely over priced and not welcoming. Got a balayage, they over bleached my hair. My hair was (and still is 2 months after) extremely brittle. They also wouldn't blow dry without additional charge, after paying 250$ I thought a blow dry was included. At least, they agreed to correct the colour without additional charge (but still walked out with wet hair). Rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my daughter for a haircut and a mise en plis. I specifically said cut and mise en plis when I took the appointment. The hairdresser cut my daughter hair and after receptionist said that I never told her about the mise en plis. She said that she was right and I was wrong. Anyway the hairdresser did the mise en plis but I didn't like the experience and very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are no good and i got a balayage my hair look the same but now so greasy because of the products i purchased 87$ plus the service plus tips over 400$ not worth it!!!! My hair is so greasy because the products they recommended mDe my hair so greasy! I will not recommend this place to no one and will canceled my daughters appointment so sorry for a good stylist who will loose a customer not worth a star ⭐️
