I have 4C hair and she did not care for it correctly. I went for a blowout and a trim yesterday, the experience was not good. My hair frizzed up the same day. And today I'm completely back to my curls. Her wash and condition process needs to be more thorough, she didn't get the back of my hair. The most unpleasant part was when she was doing the blowout, she ripped through my hair; instead of detangling my hair by sections she just ripped through it with her round brush. When I tried to tell her something she had a bad attitude. The heat was way too high on both the dryer and the hot iron. She burnt my hair with the flat iron because she went through my hair twice with the flat iron instead of once. Then the piece de resistance was when I was going to pay her ($50 by the way for a hairstyle that lasted 4 hours) she told me that her ATM machine didn't work and got an attitude about the fact that I said she should have mentioned that, I would have gotten cash. Her overall attitude was very rude and unprofessional.
