Beware of the property manager - they will attempt to overcharge you for things and threaten you when you call them on it, nickle and dime you, condescend and talk down to you when you ask about anything in the building, lie about breaks ins, pester you with emails but then take days sometimes weeks to reply to you etc. 4 star building, 1 star landlord.
