Colouring proceed was so rushed and fast; the hairdresser almost angrily applied the dye was it was consequently going everywhere but in my hair I think. The hairdresser was undoubtedly a smoker because the smell was just too strong. I dont usually mind it but this was just too much.... They have reasonable prices and it’s a nice looking salon but I won’t go back.
S	Sandra Doucet-cournoyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on the phone asking if they do vivid colours as I have teal blue hear. Said I needed a full head of bleach + colour and the ends cut. The day prior I called back saying I wanted an actual haircut and they assured me there would be enough time. When I got to my appointment the hairdresser said she only had 1.5hrs…it would take my old stylist 3hrs to do my hair. She was doing my hair in between clients which is fine, I had the time, but only did half highlights and I didn’t even get the haircut. When applying the blue she was taking way too big of sections and now you can still see bleach everywhere between the blue, it’s uneven and even after saying she’d focus on the top for more bleach, it’s still full of brown at the top and contouring my face. It’s fine to cut down the amount of bleach put in, but when even that isn’t done right it’s very disappointing. Especially after calling to make sure there’s time for a cut and I don’t end up getting it. At the end they were even giving me a little attitude because I was saying it clearly wasn’t what I wanted. Don’t recommend at all for vivid colours. Now I need to double pay to get it fixed properly and cut. I wish I could post pictures, I’ll be posting them on the Facebook review

Last week I had a haircut with Lydia and I have to say it was one of the best that I ever had. She also guided me to choose and buy the right hair color. I highly recommend her. I took one star because of the bad experience and also because the environment is a little noisy.
