★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called today to speak to someone in regards to getting information, before i could finish my sentence the receptionist/person who answered the phone just hung up the phone. So thinking it was a mistake or accidental disconnection I redial and this time also like the first call I was rudely cut off.
Now if this is how you treat clients before they can even get/give info on their request you should change your receptionist and review your customer service ethics. Extremely Poor Customer Service !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. They were able to have someone come the next day to do an engineering structural assessment. Ted was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to take any questions I had. He was even happy to help with information on things unrelated to the call. Would highly recommend.
