★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located near transit, schools and shopping facilities with reasonable rent and ample parking. This building and grounds however, would definitely benefit from some minor maintenance and updates such as paint and flooring. This would undoubtedly help with first (and second) impressions and appearances. Although another earlier review had stated an alternative viewpoint which I have yet to substantiate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building has recently been purchased by a new owner and he is cleaning and renovating the building as well as dealing with problem tenants. Oakmont Manor will be a desirable place to live very soon.
