★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very busy, loud and dirty when we went. Maybe during quieter times, it's awesome. I did not enjoy my time here. It's probably more fun for teenagers and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other facilities this gym is always dirty, kids always running around in the gym playing on equipment, the wipes are dried out if they are even available. I'm not sure why the management of this facility is so lackluster compared to other CoE spots, but it is. The equipment is good, but exact same ad other city run gyms.
Edit: I'm not surprised, it always comes from the top down. How about having some respect for your workplace and accept critique rather than replying rudely at 1:30 in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your rules clearly state to shower before entering a pool, why are some people allowed to walk in from the street ,fully dressed and dry and go straight into the pool. Rules should be the same for everyone- shower before entering the pool.We don't know if this person showered recently and when was the last time her clothes were laundered. Yet ,they walk in, past the staff ,bone dry ,fully dressed, with jacket on and went straight into the pool .When I questioned these practices I was labeled racist. Me and person in question are same race and this has nothing to do vith racism and NO, I will never go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 3 stars are strictly for the type of clientele that frequent this facility, not the place itself. Unfortunately every single time I’ve used their steam room there are dozens of people packed in to it, as well as the hot tub. Many young children holding the doors open to the steam room rendering it basically useless. Not sure why you’d need to bring your 6 year old in to a scaldingly hot steam room, but you do you… also, just a thought, the shower is probably not the best spot to blow your nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swim laps here at least 3 times a week. It's a great place with really nice staff. It has a large swimming pool, a really good dive pool, hot tub/whirlpool, steam room, and an incredible waterfall to massage away your aches and pains. I forgot to mention they have a waterside and toddlers pool too. Top notch facility!!!
