About Nutters Everyday Naturals
Our story begins in 1982 with one 900-square-foot store located in Medicine Hat, Alberta and a vision of merchandising bulk and specialty foods in a clean, friendly and customer service-oriented retail setting. Within its first year, Nutters moved into a larger location, and by year two, expanded to 11 locations and began offering franchising opportunities.
Throughout the years, Nutters has evolved from selling specialty bulk foods and seasonal gift trays to becoming health and natural food centres in 23 locations across Western Canada. In our stores, you will find a variety of natural and organic products such as vitamins, supplements and other healthy lifestyle products, and an educated staff to help our customers on their journey to a healthy lifestyle.

My senior mother who is in isolation due to severe health conditions and 2 hospital visits called and asked if they would put what she needed at door so I could just pay/take... they refused saying it had to be only a senior in person no pickup allowed. I was sitting in my car outside Nutters no one else was there but staff and they refused and said I couldn't enter as I'm not a senior... didn't want to go in just wanted to pay for the order so I could take to my mother... horrible customer service and no compassion shown!

I was in a couple of weeks ago and the lady at the cash was kind, friendly and helpful and there was a younger guy in the aromatherapy part who was kind, friendly and helpful. Al good experiences here so that makes us returning customers. P.S. try their new curry cashews o.m.g!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since now seeing that someone else has posted the same issue 2 months ago, and nothing has changed, I feel compelled to write this. This is a health food store where vulnerable people often with health conditions buy vitamins and such to stay healthier. However on a number of occasions now, most recently right before Christmas at the height of surging covid cases, there were two shoppers, once again in the store unmasked. This is not the first time I have encountered this here. When I brought it up this time with the cashier and another employee she said the manager said they were not allowed to ask people to wear masks during the mask mandate as they feared people would become violent. Well I am sorry about that but I am pretty certain the two middle aged blonde cow girls that had no masks on while chatting small talk with the cashier and shopping around the store, and the lady with her two kids in tow looking at makeup and vitamins did not pose a threat of violence. I am guessing simply asking them to respect the mandate and other staff and customers or at least offering them a mask would have been sufficient, but this never happened. Nothing was said to them besides some small talk when they were ringing through their items. No efforts were made of any sort in respect to the other shoppers. I frequent this store a lot. I have attended private promotional functions here. I have spent many hundreds of dollars here over the years and ordered groceries via click and collect. I ordered my turkey through Nutters. I think a deeper look at your safety protocols at your HEALTH FOOD STORE need some further review.
