After reading an article in a local newspaper by nutritionist Jaimie Easton, I decided to find out if her help could make a difference. It has been 6 months since we started a program together and I have lost weight and inches off my waist. Monthly meetings to set goals and guidelines has made it easy for me to continue with her help. I am happy with my progress so far and look forward to better results in the future.

She listens to you and takes every aspect of your life into consideration when helping you on your journey towards healthy eating.
