En trois séances, nous avons trouvé ensemble, moi et Érika, un ajustement à mon alimentation autant en quantité et qualité que pour la dimension émotionnelle. Pour ses conseils judicieux, son écoute et son accueil chaleureux, je recommande la nutritionniste Érika.
The follow-up I enjoyed with Érika Lechuga Rodriguez was a real pleasure. I needed someone to advise me, guide me while respecting my personal food tastes. In three sessions, we found together, me and Erika, an adjustment to my diet as much in quantity and quality as for the emotional dimension. For her wise advice, her listening and her warm welcome, I recommend nutritionist Érika.

My nutritionist has helped to change my eating habits to be more healthy and I have so far lost 85 pounds towards my goal. My nutritionist was very encouraging and has had interesting tips to help me along the way.
