★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super expensive even if insurance covered it . They took out pieces did not place them back well. Car was ain't painted well had to come back. Parts disappeared from my car ... Broke my car light screw did not replace it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give it no stars, I would. My experience was one of the worst I have ever had with any business. I go there this morning and I am greeted by someone who look like I was really really bothering him as he was eating his breakfast. My problem was a simple one. My door latch broke and all I needed was to take the latch from the back door and move it to the front and the guy really really really looked annoyed. I felt like I had to force him to come outside to take a look and when he did, he told me that he had to wait for his father in order to look at it and he would be back on August 19th. The guy looked like he was in his late forties. What do you mean your father??you have people with collisions, crashes and big accidents and I wonder if you tell the same thing. I have never ever seen a lack of professionalism and the guy looked annoyed and when I told him that I would go to a different place his direct quote was, ''oh well have a nice day" the guy should not be in this kind of business and he looked so mad and I don't know why he was as mad as his color hair was red and he had a red beard and he didn't even want to tell me his name. Totally I waste of my morning and time. If you enjoy rude, classless customer service, then that's the right place!!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and of course they did a great job. I was also in rush and needed the car very fast, although the job was supposed to take a week, they did their best and gave me the car in 3 days.

I initially went in to get an estimation after a shopping cart had left a large mark on my door (I needed to get a few estimations for the company). They wiped the surface "scratch" off my car for free and wouldn't let me tip them. They even took the time to tell me about the product they used.
