I can't even describe how happy I am to have been able to work with Amy. I recently finished the Transformation Package with her and it has made a huge difference in my life. Working with Amy is not just a "diet", but a life changing experience. Amy created amazing meal plans for me that were beyond helpful, convenient and delicious. Throughout the 3 months I worked with Amy, I gained a better understanding of what "healthy eating" really looks like and how to make it work with my own life. Aside from my new insight on healthy and clean eating, weight loss was definitely a perk to this package as well. Amy is beyond supportive and I never once felt judged. If you have an opportunity to work with Amy, I highly recommend reaching out her and determining which package would work best for you!

I was hesitant on spending money on a nutritionist, but Amy was well worth it. In fact, I ended up saving more money while meal prepping. I tried Amy’s customized 2 week meal plan and it was exactly what I needed. I have never been able to stay consistent in changing my diet before, but Amy’s delicious recipes made it so easy. My sugar cravings have been reduced and my skin has cleared up! I feel more energized in my workouts and throughout the day. My overall body composition also feels a lot better, all in only 2 weeks! Using her knowledge and recipes, I am now trying to meal plan on my own. I will definitely be working with Amy again, and I highly recommend that you do the same:)

Amy was so lovely to work with and answered all my questions with excitement and ease. Her meal plans were so easy to follow and filled with simple deliciously amazing meals and snacks. Her ingredients used are incorporated into many of the meals so you aren’t buying hundreds of dollars worth of groceries and leftovers are incorporated for quick planning and time saving options. I have already recommended her to many people and will definitely be back for another reset in the future.

I've done a handful of Resets with Amy now and I am always learning, or something will stand out/resonate more after hearing it another time. Her meals are exceptional, easy to shop for, easy to prep/make and incredibly tasty! Amy is very passionate about what she does and it shows through her work and her meal plans for her clients - from tweaking recipes multiple times until it surpasses her expectations, to providing valuable feedback on substitutions, questions, and any topic that comes up in conversation. I have to say that her recipes for Asian-inspired dishes are phenomenal (I just love anything of the ethnic variety and love that they can be made with health in mind). I also appreciate that there is something for everyone in the meal plans as well, from vegetarian, to comfort, to truly seasonal dishes. She is the creativeness in the kitchen that I don't have, but still allows for me to make the dish "mine". I can't wait for the next reset!

Do yourself a favour and join a Real Food Reset with Amy. Not only will you receive fantastic recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists, you will learn a lot about the science of nutrition in an easy-to-understand format. Amy provides excellent guidance, tips and advice throughout the entire process. You deserve to do something nice for yourself (and/or your family).

The April Reset came into my life at the perfect time. I had been making healthier changes on my own, leading up to my thirtieth birthday this year, but with work stress making me exhausted by the end of the day, and weekends dedicated to catching up on chores, planning and preparing healthy meals was quite overwhelming. I decided to commit to one month of following Amy's meal plans and recipes to give myself a break on planning - I am so glad I did! The meal plans and recipes focus on real, nutritious food without being complicated or time consuming. The 'Real Food Reset' approach really worked for me! I have more energy, better focus at work, and the 'no cook days' gave me some much needed free time during the week to get in some fresh air and exercise. Bonus: I lost 10 lbs during the month! The group was super positive and supportive, and Amy posts all kinds of helpful information to help people build their healthy habits and stay on track once the Reset is done. Amy also takes the time and care to respond to so many questions and comments, which really adds a personal aspect that so many group programs are missing. I know I will keep incorporating several of her tips, tricks and recipes in my plans moving forward. See you in January, 2022 for the next Reset!

Amy’s Reset Program was wonderful. The food tasted great, was very filling and wasn’t any harder to make then our usual meals, often easier. I am so happy with the focus on nutrient dense foods rather than simply what is the lowest calorie. Because of Amy’s encouragement to be flexible and make things work for you I feel like I can easily move forward and continue shopping and eating like I have during the program. She was so supportive and available during the entire process and the Facebook group was very helpful. It was worth absolutely every penny.

I have now participated in 2 reset programs with Amy and both times, I have learned new information about what my body needs and discovered new recipes that I love! One of the biggest unexpected changes I experienced was how my overall resting heart rate lowered significantly all because of the small changes I made to my eating habits. It never fails to amaze me how our relationship with food can have such a huge impact on our daily lives. Additionally, Amy's vast knowledge with nutrition is so valuable to experience and you will learn so much from her! One of my favourite things is that she is so kind, and talks about how its important to be kind to ourselves and our bodies. I strongly recommend trying a reset, or working with her if you are looking at making some permanent changes that will actually stick!

I joined Amy's reset in the new year and it was such a great experience. Being a Registered Nurse and Certificated Bariatric Educator I know a lot about nutrition, however being a mom of two under two has left me with little time. I wanted to take the work of meal planning off my plate for once with a trusted and reliable expert. Amy is someone I truly respect and value. I knew her program would hit all the marks I was looking for. Her meal plan was not only delicious but extremely easy which is exactly what I needed. My entire family loved each meal, it got me back to prioritizing healthy eating while enjoying every single bite. If you are looking for support, delicious food and variety, her reset is a must!!! You also are in great hands while she meets multiple needs (understanding your relationship with food, breaking barriers).
