Gwen is fantastic. Her workouts are well planned targeting numerous muscles in each exercise, including the smaller muscles that we don’t use as often. It’s a full body workout with cardio, strength training and your mind! Gwen is a good communicator. She lets us know which muscle groups we are working on and she is always helpful with feedback and advise on nutrition.

My 77 year old mom has suffered greatly with rheumatoid arthritis over the past few years and with many attempts with different medications all with terrible side affects we were at a loss. I spoke with Gwen who suggested a special diet focussing on the proper foods and removing the inflammatory ones. After much discussions my mom was on board to a 3 week commitment. Who knew that food could make such a difference. After 3 weeks there was already some weight loss and my mom was feeling much better. The aches and pains became minimal as did the moods restless sleeps etc…. She has continued on her meal plan for the last 5 months and had lost over 30 pounds and is feeling great. We would highly recommend Gwen for any if your dietary or fitness needs ???

Gwendlyn’s meal plans are unmatched to any I have tried previously (and there have been a lot!) The prescribed meals are delicious and satisfying! Furthermore, they are catered specifically to my dietary needs. As a diabetic, I often feel limited with what I can eat. With Gwendlyn’s help, I have not only been able to indulge in food that I love but I am now better able to manage my diabetes. Additionally, my kidney’s are functioning much better, and my cholesterol levels have improved. I highly recommend Gwendlyn’s meal plans for anyone struggling with their health or trying to lose weight!

Gwen is amazing. We made a decision to get in better shape by exercising and sticking to a healthier eating plan. My husband has a lot of food sensitivities and elevated cholesterol. We are busy people and I didn’t want to spend hours planning meals and calculating all the macro and micro nutrients to suit our needs. The value for money and having Gwen do this for us, while catering to our preferences and dietary restrictions was worth it’s weight in gold. She listens, is knowledgable, dedicated and most of all caring. Her recipes are delicious and we have never felt like we are craving more or something different. Gwen took the time to make our plan work for us and now with 4 weeks of meals, we have so much to choose from. We have lost weight and feel great! Gwen made it realistic and balanced. Can’t recommend her enough.
