★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love salmon, you must give this place a try! I ordered the United Salmon Combo which is a medium sized platter. The darker pink salmon is cured with beetroot which gives it a unique taste and texture. My favourite was the seared nigiri. Everything was delicious and great quality for the price.
They are located on the main floor, inside the Heritage Square building. Ordering take out was very easy through their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience with my fav salmon. I used to live on a peninsula in my home country, so I could always easily get super fresh seafood. Since I moved to Calgary , it's been really hard to find this kind of great seafood at a good price. I really appreciate the presentation and taste. If you are a salmon lover, you must try it! ?
