Dr. Jeanotte and his staff are awesome and I’m so much happier with my smile now. They fixed my crooked teeth with Invisalign, it was painless and super easy. They have digital scanners so you don’t have to do those goopy impressions! I actually looked forward to my appointments to catch up with Dr. Jeanotte and the girls at the office. I would totally recommend to my friends and family! ?

Top notch! Informative and allows you to decide what’s best for you. My boys and I have always received excellent service and you’re always treated like you’re apart of their team. The staff is always friendly, never pushy or dismissive. You’re not just “another patient” to them, and it shows. I believe a great job deserves recognition. They most definitely have ours! Thank you to the entire team. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't think there is enough space here to express my gratitude and praises for Dr Jeannotte and his Nu-Smile Team. It took couple of unsuccessful invisalign braces until I finally ended up with Dr.Jeannotte. After wearing metal braces, then invisalign for couple of months the adjustments to my front teeth were completed and a perfect final touch/polishing done. Very professional and efficient team, highly recommended for young and old (er)!

I recently finished a 15 month course of Invisalign (during COVID), and I'm so pleased with the service I received at Dr. Jeannotte's office. Everyone at the office is so kind and personable, answers any and all questions you may have, and makes an effort to make every visit safe and comfortable. Dr. Jeannotte took such great care of my smile, and ensured all my concerns and requested tweaks with my treatment were listened to and immediately taken care of. He had detailed answers to every question I had, and I really appreciate the care he takes in ensuring each patient gets the results they want. There are so many important aspects of my bite and smile that I never noticed before treatment, but it was clear that Dr. Jeannotte had great vision for how every little detail would look and function for me. I'm so grateful to have had him as my orthodontist. All of the orthodontic assistants are fast, efficient, and truly wonderful. Some of them have done Invisalign for themselves, and were a great source of encouragement and helpful tips! Trish, the receptionist, is literally amazing at her job and is so on top of trays, treatments, appointments, COVID safety and people wrangling, and consult requests. During a visit to my dentist, my dentist's office sent over for the panoramic xray that Nu-Smile had taken at the start of my orthodontic treatment. Nu Smile had it sent back to them in under 10 minutes while I was still in the chair at my dentist's. Even my dentist was impressed! Unreal levels of service, organization, and safety from everyone at Nu-Smile from orthodontic assistants to office staff!! Thank you so much to everyone at Nu-Smile, I'm so happy that I chose them for my Invisalign treatment.

I've known most of ladies who run this clinic on the daily and they are all true professionals. I also have had the chance to get to know Dr. J on a few separate occasions and he is a true professional who really cares about the well being on his patients and staff overall. Keep up the amazing work!

Our son just had his braces removed and his teeth look great! Dr. Jeannotte and the team at Nu-Smile were great to deal with. We especially appreciated Trish's friendly voice on the other end of the phone any time we had to make or change an appointment, or ask a question. We will be returning when it's time for our daughter's braces.

My experience at NuSmile orthodontics has been great! All the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I never thought I would actually look forward to going to the orthodontist, but they have changed that, Dr.J your the best!

Amazing service! Not only not only is he a great orthodontist, but when I couldn't make it to the office because all the sidewalks were covered in snow and I had my 4 month old daughter in her stroller. Dr. Jeannotte came outside and carried my stroller across the street through the snow and up the stairs! The whole team is amazing and I couldn't recommend Nu-Smile more.
