★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company: We spent 1 year arguing with them because their IT team decided to use the Total Value *before discount* resulting in inflated commercial invoices. No one had the common sense to realize it was wrong and fix it. That on top of a million other issues (more errors in CIs, wrong tracking, etc.) But the worst was when Dave Kuan threatened to drop us as customers because we had become irritated with yet another mistakes they made...
They themselves admitted they are all overworked, under staff resulting in tons of errors. Yet, their pricing is going through the roof every 6 months because the owners are too greedy and are expanding too fast at our expense. They even required a new $200/month increase to pay for their IT (useless) team = I had to be the one combing through their Shopify app code to figure out what they were doing wrong. BE WARNED, this has become an awful 3PL.
By the way, I'm still waiting on my fees for fixing your Shopify app. 1 year of headaches and talking to people with no common sense. Took 1 years of my life.
You can find much cheaper and competitive 3PL elsewhere.
