★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard Hobson made buying a travel trailer a fun and stress free experience. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, he has a great sense of humor too. All the people we met at NR were friendly and helpful, from the lady who does the paperwork, the guy that installed the equalizer hitch, the person that taught us what everything is and does on the trailer, to the best sales experience I've ever had with Richard H. They all seem happy and helpful and made our experience memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three days to our road trip and the trailer batteries are not charging. Called NR and was told they’re booking way in advance. The service manager said bring it down anyway and he would look “when he had time”. First thing the next morning it was all done. He stayed LATE to help us. What a champ. Thanks Richard

I was shown both new and previously enjoyed units receiving a lot of information, suggestions and a lot of patience shown by Richard. In the end we did not purchase but Richard put in a lot of time and effort answering all my questions on all types of trailers. I called Richard to let him know that I appreciated his time and work with me even though we bought something else. Much appreciated his time and NR Motors will get my servicing needs - which I have experienced in the past, professional, courteous and very helpful. Great place to deal with highly recommend!

Christian and Richard from NR motors went above and beyond getting me the information I needed. The job got done quick and I'm a happy man on the water now. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't ever write negative reviews as I am in business and know how difficult it is to operate in customer service, however, I have to warn anyone considering getting marine service at NR Motors to be aware before choosing them.
I have received several instances where I have been surprised by the number of hours charged for investigation of possible problems. I stopped going to NR Motors a few years ago when I was charged over $1,000 to be told that they would need to spend another $1,000 to tell me what the problem was. They quoted me another $4,500 to fix an engine problem that I went elsewhere and had done for $1,800. Today was the final straw, I decided to give them another chance asking them to fix an oil and trim gauge as well as tell me why my clutch was engaging slower than it used to. I was charged 4.5 hours of "investigation time" to then tell me that my gauges weren't working and that they thought my clutch was fine and I was operating it improperly. They offered to then quote me on replacing the gauges and offered to look further into the clutch and cable. They did not repair anything or even tell me anything that I did not tell them before they received the boat.
I spoke with the manager and although he did lower my bill, we both decided that I should take my business elsewhere. I hope they review this so future customers who don't understand mechanics might not needlessly spend money on zero results. I support local business and appreciate the difficulty in making people happy but could not ignore this re-occurring problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boat buying experience was positive overall. Minor issue with getting the keys to me during the delivery of my boat, but the manager corrected the situation quickly once he become aware. Friendly staff. I would purchase from them again.
