O	Omar Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first saw Kristina for physio just over a year ago when she was in Abbotsford. I injured my shoulder, and I was in a lot of discomfort. A staff member of the gym I used to go to recommended her. While the circumstances for me going to see her were not the greatest, my first appointment with her was a wonderful experience. She made me feel comfortable, she was very professional, and her needling techniques gave me instant relief. That was my first time getting needles stuck in my muscles to relieve tension, and Kristina made it a positive experience. We also discovered that we both have a love for German Shepherds, so my subsequent visits were that much more awesome. Fast-forward a year and a bit later to just this week, I needed another physio appointment. Kristina to the rescue again! This time, in her very own clinic. Kristina once again worked her magic, all while making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. There is a very light, and welcoming atmosphere at Novo. I am very happy I was able to get an appointment at the new location, although truth be told, I would travel many kilometers to see her. I highly recommend Kristina and Novo. The staff are great and very skilled at what they do. Go see them if you need physio, chiro, or massage therapy.

She has an incredibly warm personality and you can sense immediately that she truly cares for her patient's. She really takes the time to perform assessments, provide active release therapy if necessary and provides rehab exercises all in addition to the adjustment. Her treatments are thorough, effective and also gentle. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Could not recommend highly enough.

It’s refreshing making an appointment and having the physiotherapists full, undivided attention during the full session. No use of machines and no ‘just go over into the corner and stretch just to fill the time’ tactics. Proper squat form, needling in the perfect spots, great chiro adjustments (thanks Meridith), and massage therapy that make your muscles feel brand new, are just a few of the many highlights of Novo. Try them out, you won’t regret it!!

I switched and go there for all Physiotherapist, chiropractic, and massage needs and they are all just amazing. I would just like to add I have seen numerous physiotherapists and Kristina is by for the best one I have ever been to, she cares for her patients, and focuses on active rehab and her one on one treatments without machines make all the difference. Meredith is also amazing, she gives a different approach which has helped so many, of my many issues, and long term both of their treatments combined has helped me greatly. This clinic i cannot recommend enough!!

She fully listens to me when I explain my injuries and helps me understand what is going on. Even when I'm not in treatment, she reaches out to see how I'm feeling. I recommend her to friends/family whenever someone says they need a physiotherapist. Wanted to expand my original review to include the whole Novo team. The atmosphere there is just so calming and everyone is so friendly. I've been seeing Meredith for a few years now, and she is the most thoughtful chiropractor I've ever seen. She isn't just about doing quick adjustments and pushing you out the door. She really cares about her patient's well being and focuses on treating problem areas - highly recommend.
