Dave and Austin were absolutely fantastic. I truly feel disappointed for anyone who doesn’t get the experience of letting them guide you through your real estate journey whether it be buying or selling. In my case they supported me through both and during likely the most stressful moments in the BC housing market in recent history. Their marketing for the sale of my home was first class. The listing content, photography and videography were of the highest quality in the market. When we ready to purchase inventory was low however Dave and Austin were super patient with us managing our expectations. Since they are two of the most likable guys you will meet, their huge network made it super easy to gain intel on different builders, areas, zoning rules etc. Every piece of advice was sound and I can say that every prediction they made about market since has come true.
