D	Dan Salhani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice little book shop located on the downtown strip in Dryden. The owner is very nice, and this is the only book store left in town to my knowledge. They have a nice selection of local items and books. This is also the place to go for Purolator, UPS, and CanPar packages. You can shop from here and pickup here.
N	Nik Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little book and craft store in downtown Dryden. The used mass market paperback section offers incredible deals ($0.75 each!). There are a handful of books whose author or subject matter pertain to Northwestern Ontario that I am sure are hard to find elsewhere; I bought one myself. I found the overall selection to be fairly limited, though that is to be expected. That being said, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well organized.
S	Sonya Puskas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 1 I certainly would. I sent 2 parcels for delivery on November 30th. This was my 1st time sending through purolator. I asked the store owner what I had to do. She told me to fill out the weigh bill and she would do everything else. Not like "the lady in sioux lookout who makes the customers fill out every thing themselves " she said. Well, my family STILL has not received their christmas parcel because the owner put the wrong weigh bills on both parcels. When I called her for help she sincerely apologized. I told her it was o.k. (even though it was not) as I didn't want her to be upset. When I was finally contacted by a purolator manger as I had to put a claim in I was told that this very same person LIED to her employer and told them I had put the wrong documentation on my parcels. Forgive me, but I'm not a blithering idiot like the owner of novel ideas is! I made sure her bosses were aware of this as well. Thank you for RUINING mine and most definitely my family's Christmas . It is december 31st and they still have not received their Christmas gifts. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct YOUR mistake. I did forgive you but when you lied to your employer regarding my parcels...well, that is just low and unforgiveable. Shame on you! So....when sending parcels through purolator @ novel ideas I suggest all customers go through Canda Post instead.
