This store has an excellent selection of Christian study books, bibles, tracts and other correspondence. The resources are ideal for assisting somebody pursuing faith in the Lord, someone desiring to enhance their biblical knowledge or desiring to become better equipped to witness to others!

Love this store. Best Christian Bookstore I've ever been to. Laser beam focus on Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Have been there three times since moving to Kitchener in January. The staff are engaging in the word of Christ and there to serve. A special shout out to Remi; Love my Cambridge Turquoise. God bless this store.

I must strongly recommend the owner reconsider the employment of the manager at this store, or at least provide further customer service coaching. A store manager should have a calm disposition, and not be brought to anger so quickly. I called to inquire about the exchange policy, and to see what could be done for my situation. The manager unnecessarily escalated things by immediately becoming defensive and argumentative: when I told him the KJV bible turned out to be too difficult for my mother to read (who has been in hospital battling cancer since November) he swiftly responded with, “It’s written at a 5th-8th grade reading level” -- it's actually 12th grade, but I digress. I explained her comprehension is impacted by her medical treatment and that she’s an immigrant, to which he retorted, “So am I” and, “You’re just saying this to get your way”. Every time I said she couldn't read it, he just repeated, "Yes, she can". He ended the call by shouting at me that I have been “absolutely despicable” and “rude”. There was zero attempt to understand, to empathize, or to listen. He was audibly agitated and worked up, and interrupted me constantly. He refused to provide me the name and/or contact information of the owner, so I told him I would be writing a review. He said he’d be waiting for it so he can respond, and accused me of trying to run a small bookstore out of business. Listen, I understand there’s a store policy. However, I also understand retail and business, having worked in the former for 5 years and having a degree in the latter. I’ve had to be firm (but kind) about no-return policies in the face of all kinds of customers. I’ve also made exceptions based on circumstance, as the cost of alienating your customers and gaining a poor reputation is greater than allowing the exchange of a product in pristine condition (which really bears no cost at all). I wasn’t expecting they’d make an exception, but I wasn’t expecting the treatment I received either. There was nothing Christian or compassionate about this exchange, and I must seriously question whether they live the values they preach. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Remi, Have been here since 2012 December to present (now), I enjoy to shopping in this place 1% quality believe christian bookstore and their bible are KJV includes lots of comic booklets and comic tracts with different titles Best service and nice talk when I questioned about christian things. I had a wonderful first experience in the store today. Remi was very helpful/knowledgable and it was nice to see a store so engaged in the word of Christ. He was welcoming & easy to talk to. What was supposed to be a quick visit/purchase resulted in some engaging and enlightening conversations. Tremendous selection of books you will not find nor be told about in your average book store. I will certainly be back in the future & will gladly refer them to my piers.

I’m all for advertising but I don’t appreciate religious propaganda being mailed to me about death. It’s beyond poor taste. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I don't appreciate when I am targeted for advertising of this store as I'm going about my day visibly Jewish. The person handing out the book let so many others pass by but honed in on me like a hawk. Advertise the way you want but targeting visibility jewish people is not the way to go. [Update] The response is absolutely disgusting under this review. Given the long history of violent forced conversations of Jews this comment is highly inappropriate and continues to perpetuate this. You would think a book store would actually open a book to learn the history of thier own religion but it seems to me they care more about targeting minorities (someone I know was also targeted the way I was for being LGBT). This is disgusting marketing and the fact that you claim to love that I'm Jewish yet wish to erase that to follow your "messiah" is sickening.

This “store” is partaking in openly antisemitic behaviour by profiling and targeting Jewish citizens of KW while attempting to force conversions. Books are about learning and these people have clearly never learned the violent and disturbing history of Christians forcibly converting Jews and clearly have no issue with bringing it into todays world. Having hateful businesses such as this one makes many minorities feel unsafe in this communities as they do not know if they will be profiled and harassed on the street simply for existing. Keep your marketing within your own property and stop perpetuating the violent and dangerous history of forceful conversions. If you love and care about Jewish people, you’ll learn to leave them alone because they’re done with Christian violence.
