★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 minutes, then Dr Mark Boutros entered the chat and said it's best to go to a clinic and then immediately left the chat. I got a notification that my chat was compete basically 20 seconds after it started. Why is this even a service if you're not going to help people? He didn't even allow me to ask him anything about my problem. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to set up an account was ridiculously complicated. You get stuck in a loop of resetting your password when you haven't even created one. Then when the doctor finally called, I thought I was being pranked. He didn't introduce himself. He was difficult to understand and when I asked him to clarify, he got impatient with me. The call ended very abruptly, he basically said bye without seeing if I had further questions. The call lasted all of 5 min and I did not learn anything new that Telehealth had already told me. Forget using this service. I have heard of others that are better. Telehealth is still the best one to access.
