★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! Joe taught me a lot of skills and exercises to use at the gym and our sessions really boosted my confidence at the gym and improved my fitness overall. Im able to do things that I couldn't do before going to Norwood Personal Training! Great guy too! Joe was very flexible to work around my schedule as a student. Highly recommended for all ages if you're in the area (or beyond)!
