I workout in the women's only section so I can't comment on the open shared space but the girls do a really good job picking up after themselves and sanitizing equipment. They have a supposed janitor but last week someone left a water bottle and it sat literally all week. Literally an almost fully drank Dasani water that just sat there... most of the treadmills are also broken and have stayed that way since I got my membership. They make enough money on memberships so there shouldn't be an excuse as to why a bunch of stuff is broken and in no hurry to get fixed... I love working out here but it could definitely be better with very little effort...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Had someone take my phone and mask on the gym floor after being told to wait his turn. Staff remained indifferent and did nothing nor did they offer solutions such as using the camera. It was taken off the gym floor, not from my locker. I found my stuff in his stuff on the gym floor. It was just all around mishandled by the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only been a member for a short period of time but I've grown to really love World! Not only are the prices extremely fair but the front staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is you're always greeted with a smile by the front desk staff. I highly recommend joining this gym if you're looking to work out somewhere with a great atmosphere, positive staff and fair prices.

The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful! The facilities are very clean, and I'm so impressed with their women's only section!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so rude.... I asked one of the staffs to repair and lubricate the worn machines and if the machines are not good its not worth for me......... Inorder to give a positive reply.... He replied "give me your membership card, I can cancel it." ... His conduct seems like world gym gives me a free service...... I never expected it from a world class gym like this..... Now I realized it has only the name........
