Emailing, texts and phone calls to book. Being a student i don’t really have a lot of extra cash, so the fact that I only has to pay 75 dollars for the visit after my insurance was great……so I booked….. Turns out …. They misread my insurance and I am now stuck with a 575 dollar bill that I can’t afford. Because of their mistake. I told them I wouldn’t have made the appointment if I would have known that I had no more insurance left.. thanks northwood

I have been to several dentists over my near 40 years, throughout all of Ontario. I would highly endorse Dr. Carl and Bailey very pleasant and very good experience. The only Dentist that I will be allowing to see my children. 10/10

They made the tooth in the office during my visit, which is a great service to have. I wish I could get all of my front teeth done like this! Dr Gresko and Monica have been working together since he graduated from dental school so they work together seamlessly. I felt no pain at all, even when the freezing was injected and I almost fell asleep! I also really appreciated that Brody, the therapy dog, was there to greet me and kept coming to the door while I was being treated to check in on me (he doesn’t come into the working area). Dr Gresko, Monica and Brody make the perfect team and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality, painless dental care.

Was able to book an appointment for a cleaning just two days later. Friendly staff and awesome hygienist (Mindy)! They make my visits comfortable and worry free.
