★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super great job done by Charlie and his team! My nephew accidentally broke his bedroom window so I called Northstar Glass for a quote. Charlie was super helpful and friendly, I got my window fixed within the week! His team did such a good job that I had them do the shower enclosures in my bathrooms.
10/10 would recommend for anything glass related!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency and need a custom shower glass and door made. Of all the places I called, it was Charlie from Northstar Glass who was able to come right away to measure and put the order in. All other places scheduled the visit a week or more out.
The final result turned out as I had hoped and without issues. Charlie was able to source the matte black handles/hinges and also the additional door sweeps and aluminum threshold I had been looking for. I will definitely be working with Charlie and Northstar Glass again.

Charlie replied right away to my email quote request and scheduled a site visit shortly after. Everybody from the estimator to the installers were polite and professional and had the glass replaced on schedule as promised. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately our neighbourhood got a bit rough during the pandemic and our store windows got smashed in a few times while the streets were empty. Northstar showed up quickly, professionally, and offered amazing service. They gave us multiple options, explained the difference between the options and gave us their informed opinion. We've had to use their service three times and each time we've been very happy with it.
