★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having Northshield replace my parents windows definitely made the search easier , as my mother couldn’t stop raving how happy she was . I had them come in and giving me an estimate and explain on what will be done and how my windows will look after the job is done.
To say I was impressed by their job is to say nothing, the craftsmanship and attention to deal was phenomenal, I definitely am happy with the work they did and got much more than I expected. Would highly recommend anyone looking to get their windows replaced to give Northshield a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ North Shield installed a new door for me a few years ago. It was an amazingly smooth and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism broke on our door. I contacted North Shield and they immediately looked into the issue.
On my behalf, they contacted the company responsible for the lock and had someone out to fix it within 48 hours. After my initial experience, I would highly recommend using this company. And after my recent experience, my feelings have not changed.

The process was very easy from the first meeting with the sales person and up to the installation. The sales person was very polite and the installers were very efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. We would definitely recommend Northshield.

Alex did a great job at explaining everything clearly and thoroughly to me, he treats customers as friends and families, he also followed up the entire project from the beginning to the end as if it's his own house, making sure everything work perfectly and meet my expectations. Not only that, Dennis did a great installation job, he's professional and humble, straight to the work, got the job done in quick order, he doesn't waste any of your time, but also willing to take requests from a picky customer like me for tiny little spots touch ups. Overall, the window replacement experience were excellent. Couldn't be happier with this team, will definitely recommend them for my friends and neighbours.

Alex is knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of the project and his advice on how to address the buyer’s needs.
On time. Quality product.
The most efficient and hard working installation crew I’ve seen in action.
Good attention to details and despite unforeseeable issues in a 100+ year-old house, addressed problems to ensure the installation was done properly at a very fair price.
Alex came by towards the end of the day to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He did a full walk-through detailing the differences and operation of each window type and ensuring that they worked as promised. A good close out to a hot, hard day.
All in all, we could hardly be happier.
