These guys are great! Willing to price match and the GM stayed half an hour after closing just so I could pick up my order on the way for a camping trip!

Stan was super helpful getting me a set of method race wheels I wanted to order for my sport sedan. Price was great and the wheels were shipped to me with no extra hassle. Never set foot into the store so either so everything was dealt through email.

I've never used the online chat feature until today and had an awesome experience! Stan answered all questions in a timely manner, saved me a couple of bucks and was able to facilitate my purchase within minutes. Hoping for a speedy delivery!

When a retailer (Northridge 4x4 out of Ponoka) is only concerned with the sale & passes on accountability for their error leaving the customer to deal with the consequences is not service. Own your mistake take accountability and make it right as per the agreement... . Northridge 4x4 Ponoka sad you subscribe to this philosophy. Order chromely axles. Patiently waited and supported the delay into Canada's retail outlet. Was notified delivery was out on FedEx. Reviewed details to learn delivery address was wrong. Email sent to Ponoka Canada office letting them know they sent the parts to an address contrary to the one given. Next morning informed delivery was dropped off at wrong address, called Ponoka Canada store spoke to Marcel at 9am opening. He stated he received my email and was looking into it. I asked him why they didn't send it to the address I provided and agreed upon? He avoided the answer and said they would call me back. 30 minutes later at 930 we spoke again, Marcel said their "system" shipped it??? Hide behind system excuses? Asked how they can get the part and have it shipped same day as per the agreed upon delivery date to the right address? They stated best they can do is pick up same day with FedEx and ship Monday as it is Friday. Begrudgingly agreed. Get an email from Northridge an hour or so later informing elapse of 11am cut off for Fedex cannot be picked up until next week Monday then delivered Tuesday or Wednesday. That is 6 day delay??? I called them and discussed the option was not acceptable. Provided them with a same day courier option.They chose to pass and only extend the next week option? This review is coming from a customer that spent thousands, and up to this point have not tested their service model? Well looks like good service is only as good as your wallet? Northridge passed on owning their mistake, hid behind the system or 3rd party delivery shipping company FedEx, rather then step up find a courier and transfer the parts to the right address as agreed upon. Service is best measured when things don't go right...every company can put up a smile or slogan for paying customers. CUSTOMER BEWARE. Amazing - when a merchant has 3 opportunities to take responsibility and walks away from it. I'll let consumers decide if they value a merchant like this?
