★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dropped by Northfield pharmacy after I had surgery done to pick up a prescription. To start, Harry and his team were so friendly and let us pet their adorable dog Yogi while we waited. At most pharmacies you wait 20 minutes minimum for a prescription but we only had to wait 2 minutes. As I was about to pay for my prescription I almost passed out because of my surgery. Harry was there the entire time and made sure I was okay. He helped me to the couch in the front waiting room and helped my mom take care of me. He went above and beyond for us and I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. If you live in the Waterloo area you definitely need to get your prescrptions here. Thank you again Harry and your team, you guys are awesome!!

He is friendly (has an amazing memory for everyone’s family members and specifics) and extremely knowledgeable about medications. We are so thankful for Northfield Pharmacy

Honestly, so happy I did.
Everyone is always SO welcoming and friendly, and Harry's memory for details is amazing! Love going in there to see them.
