★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some birthday balloons ordered for my Mother's birthday. One balloon started to deflate upon arrival to the party. We called to let them know. We went back to show them the balloon, it was a number 8. They gave us a new balloon free of charge. Great customer service. Thank you!

I will never use any other event planning service except Sharlene and Northern Occasions.
