★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started with the basic obedience training. Our dog loved it and we learned so much. Amy definitely invests a lot of energy into each session. Moved on to scent work and tracking as well, we appreciate how Amy tailors the session to our dog and moves her along as she masters a skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Northern Noses. Both of my boys are reactive to people and other animals, but took to Amy right away. They’ve taken multiple classes now and I’ve seen their joy, confidence and experience grow with every session. Amy knows how to make each session positive and is confident and supportive of not only the dogs but their people as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took puppy training sessions and just recently finished with our puppy Bella. It was a great experience for all of us, but especially for our human girls who are new to dog training.
Bella is growing into such a wonderful addition to our family! In fact, we can’t remember what life was like without her now. Through training and the reward system, her recall is getting better every day. She loves to “work” for us and her confidence in new situations is so nice to see. She isn’t a nervous or anxious dog at all and I’m sure a huge part of that is that she isn’t afraid of being reprimanded by us. She has been allowed to experiment and learn and gets rewarded when she gets it right.
It was pretty tricky to get a picture of 4 crazy moving animals, and this is as good as we got. Ellie is not upset, she just got tired of smiling for so long, haha.
Thanks again, we will see you soon - whether it be for grooming or scent training or something else :)
