I have seen that they got a good rating in google map so I want to try it. I gave neutral rating because I haven’t used their business yet but hope that they would change their policy to pick up the call or respond to email fast.

They would actually tell you what you do and don't need to do in your situation (for example, whether you need notarization or not) and wouldn't just try to make money off you.
