North Shore Health Network - Richards Landing - Matthews Site
NSHN is working closely with Algoma Public Health to take heightened preventative actions to protect workers and residents. All LTC residents continue to be monitored for symptoms every day, and any symptomatic resident will be immediately tested.
In addition to the previous precautions and steps noted in the original communication:
COVID-19 treatment is available for any resident who tests positive, if appropriate and consented to.
Admissions are currently on hold.
Resident social outings are not permitted during an outbreak; medical appointments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The North Shore Health Network will continue to provide updates to residents, workers and family members. Families of residents who have any questions or concerns may contact 705-356-2265 / TF: 1-888-425-0321 ext. 2658.
Thank you to all workers, providers and essential visitors who have been diligent in following all directions for the safety of our residents and our team. The excellent cross-department teamwork to date demonstrates our commitment as an organization to support our LTC residents and co-workers.

Anyone else will try to push you out as quickly as possible while doing the exact minimum to find out what is wrong. Dr Lupien is the only one there that will go above and beyond and actually listen to you. Otherwise you're better off diagnosing yourself with Google.
